MYOB, Accounting and Point of Sale Software for Small Business

February 7, 2007 (Rockaway, NJ) MYOB today released the Universal version of AccountEdge Network Edition 2007, their premium small business management and accounting software for Mac small businesses. Release 11.1.0 also includes product updates recommended for users of the 2007 versions of both AccountEdge and AccountEdge Network Edition.

"AccountEdge Network Edition 2007, which was originally released as a PowerPC application in November of last year, is now a Universal application," said Tom Nash, Managing Partner of MYOB US. "Release 11.1.0 allows the Network Edition to run natively on both Intel-based and PowerPC Macs." Release 11.1.0 is immediately available as a free download for AccountEdge Network Edition 2007 customers.

Release 11.1.0 also contains the following updates to both AccountEdge and AccountEdge Network Edition:

Addresses AccountEdge Network Edition issues with mixed Intel and PowerPC networking
Addresses an issue concerning the sorting of certain lists on Intel-based Macs
Addresses an issue with upgrading of custom invoices and forms on Intel-based Macs
