US MYOB FirstEdge 5.7.2 Update

Download and install instructions for Mac OS X Users:

  1. Click the Download button at the bottom of the page.

  2. The Download Manager will appear and save the update file icon to your desktop or the download location that you have specified.

  3. You must NOT have the MYOB FirstEdge program open when you install this update.

  4. When you decide to install the update, double-click the file you downloaded onto your computer. Follow the instructions that appear on your computer screen

  5. On the "Choose a Folder" screen, highlight (click once but do not open) the MYOB AccountEdge folder you want the update to be installed to (The install should automatically default to the FirstEdge folder). Click Choose to begin the install.

  6. After the installation is complete, open your data file and verify that Release 5.7.2 has been successfully installed by going the Apple menu and selecting About FirstEdge.

**Important Note: Due to changes made in the printing area, you will need to go to your Page Setup information and reset the Scale % to 86%. To do this, open your company file and select Page Setup from the File Menu.
