July 2006 Product Update for MYOB AccountEdge 2006

Follow the instructions below to download and install the July 2006 release 10.2.0 Program Update.

Be sure to read the instructions in full before starting the process; we also recommend that you print this page so you can refer to it as you follow this process.

1. Be SURE to quit out of AccountEdge and any virus protection software prior to installing this update.
   
   
2. Click the Download button at the end of these instructions.
   
   
3. The Download Manager will appear and save the update file to your desktop or the download location that you have specified.
   
   
4. After download, check to make sure the downloaded file has the correct filename, as shown below the download button. Some customers using Internet Explorer on Mac OS X have noticed that the update is downloaded with the incorrect file name "CobwebValidator". If this happens, simply rename this file to the file name listed below the download button of the file you just downloaded. You will then be able to mount this disk image.
   
   
5. To install this update, if the disk image has not automatically mounted on your desktop, double-click the file you downloaded onto your computer. Once mounted, open this disk image and double click on the installer found inside. Follow the instructions that appear on your computer screen.
   
   
6. On the "Choose a Folder" screen, highlight (click once but do not open) the MYOB AccountEdge folder you want the update to be installed to (the install should automatically default to the AccountEdge Folder). Click "Choose" to begin the install
   
   
7. Be sure to install the update on each computer that uses MYOB AccountEdge 2006.

Follow the instructions below to download and install the July 2006 release 10.2.0 Program Update.

1. Be SURE to quit out of AccountEdge NE & MYOB FileConnect and disable any virus protection software prior to installing this update.
   
   
2. Click the Download button at the end of these instructions.
   
   
3. The Download Manager will appear and save the update file to your desktop or the download location that you have specified.
   
   
4. After download, check to make sure the downloaded file has the correct filename, as shown below the download button. MYOB Premier Accounting July 2006 Release 10.2.0 Product Update

Follow the instructions below to download and install the July 2006 release 10.2.0 Program Update.

1. Be sure to Exit out of MYOB Premier Accounting 2006 and disable any virus protection software prior to installing this update. MYOB Premier Accounting 2006 must be closed during the install.
   
   
2. Download the update file by clicking the download button below. (You may receive a security warning. Please select "Save" on this window)
   
   
3. You will need to select a location to save the download to. We suggest you select your desktop.
   
   
4. To install this update, double click the file you downloaded onto your computer.
   
   
5. Click Yes to "Setup will now update your MYOB Premier Accounting v15."
   
   
6. Click Yes to agree to the License Agreement
   
   
7. Once the update is finished, click OK to "Setup has now finished updating MYOB Premier Accounting v15."
