Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Compatibility

Updated January 24, 2008

Apple's latest operating system, Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard (released on October 26, 2007) is a significant upgrade to the Mac OS with a long list of new features. Before installing any new operating system for your business, we highly recommended you ensure that your mission critical applications support the new operating system.

Although many customers will upgrade to Leopard and not experience any issues with MYOB software, AccountEdge, as well as Network Edition v2007 or earlier, and FirstEdge v2 or earlier, are not certified on the new operating system.

MYOB will only certify its current releases on the final shipping versions of operating systems after a full testing cycle is complete. Unfortunately, Apple does not make available the final release versions of Leopard to developers prior to release.
